Abstract�� OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the phenolic constituents from Pholidota yunnanensis Rolfe METHODS The chromatography on silica gel was used for the isolation and purification of the constituents The structures were determined by UV,IR,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and HMBC spectral analyses RESULTS Four phenolic constituents and four other compounds were obtained and identified as following: eulophiol(��);lusianthridin(��);densiflorol B(��);batatasin ��(��);3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxypropiophenone(��);(24R)-6��-hydroxy-24-ethyl-cholest-4-en-3-one(��), 5��, 8��-epidioxy-24?-methylcholesta-6;22-dion-3��-ol(��) and daucosterol(��). CONCLUSION All above compounds were isolated from Genus Pholidota for the first time The 13C-NMR data of compound ��and �� were reported for the first time.
