摘要

目的 研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化虎杖中白藜芦醇苷的工艺条件及参数。方法 以白藜芦醇苷的吸附量和解吸率为考察指标,从中筛选树脂,并研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化白藜芦醇苷的吸附性能和洗脱参数。结果 AB-8树脂对白藜芦醇苷有较好的吸附分离性能,适合于虎杖中白藜芦醇苷的提纯 ,经该树脂吸附解吸,饱和吸附量可达25.8mg·g-1,解吸率达83.2%。结论 大孔树脂分离纯化白藜芦醇苷的纯度可达31.5%,而上柱前粗提物中白藜芦醇苷纯度为5.71%,说明采用本法分离纯化虎杖中白藜芦醇苷是可行的。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the technological parameters of the purification process of piceid in Polygonum cuspedatum Sieb.et Zucc. With macroporous adsorptive resin. METHODS The static adsorption capacity and elutive ratio were used as evaluation to select the better resin. The adsorptive characteristics and elutive parameters of the selected resin were studied.RESULTS Resin AB-8 gave good separation performance and was selected to purify piceid in Polygonum cuspedatum Sieb.et Zucc The static adsorption capacity of piceid was 25.8 mg·g-1 and the desorption ratio of piceid was 83.2%. CONCLUSION The purity of the product was up to 40.52%,while before purification,it was just 5.71%.This process of applying macroporous adsorption resin to adsorb and purify piceid in P.cuspedatum.was feasible.
