�ؼ���� ˿��ù��C��ϩ�� ϸ��

Abstract�� OBJECTIVE To investigate the cytotoxicity of MMC-PBCA-NP and PBCA-NP, METHODS MTT was used to detect the cell proliferation rate for PBCA-NP and MMC-PBCA-NP in L-02 human liver cells and LDH out of cells was determined. RESULTS The PBCA-NP had no cytotoxicity. MMC-PBCA-NP reduced cytotoxicity induced by MMC in L-02 cells.CONCLUSION PBCA-NP can be used as a targeted carrier for MMC in order to reduce cytotoxicity.
