摘要

目的:建立六味木香胶囊的质量控制方法?方法:用薄层色谱法对其中木香、闹羊花、荜茇进行了定性鉴别;用薄层扫描法对栀子中栀子苷进行了含量测定;用常规方法对闹羊花中的化学成分进行了研究?结果:本品定性鉴别色谱特征明显,易于区别;本品中栀子苷含量测定线性范围为1~5μg,平均回收率95.3%,RSD为4.8%;从闹羊花中首次分出2个化合物;β-谷甾醇和杜鹃花毒素Ⅲ?结论:建立了该制剂的质量标准,其鉴别与含量测定方法简便、可靠、实用;闹羊花中杜鹃花毒素Ⅲ(rhodojaponin-Ⅲ)与其果实中的八厘麻毒素(rhometoxin)为同一化合物,其在花中的含量比果实要低的多,仅为3μg·g-1?

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To estiblish quality control method for Liuwei Muxiang capsule. METHODS: Its ingredients,geniposide,Radix Aucklandiae,Flos Rhododendri Mollis,Fructus Piperis Longi,were identified by TLC.A thin-layer densitometry for determining geniposide,the main effective component from Fructus Gardeniae in the capsule was investigated. RESULTS: The identified characteristics of the chromatography were distinct and easily distinguished;The determining method was linear over the range of 15g with the average recovery 95.3% and the RSD 4.8% β-sitosterol and rhodojaponin-Ⅲ,were isolated from the flowers of Rhododendron molle G.Don (Flos Rhododendri Mollis) for the first time. CONCLUSION:BZThe quality standard of the capsule was provided.The method for identification and determination is simple,reproducible and practical.The rhodojaponin-Ⅲ from the flowers and the rhometoxin from the fruits are the same compound.Its content of the flowers is 0.3 g·g-1 only,much lower than that of the fruits.
