摘要

目的:研究复方氯唑沙宗片剂中氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定方法?方法:同时采用CPA-矩阵法(简称CPA法)和多波长线性回归法(简称WML法)测定复方氯唑沙宗片剂中氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的含量?并应用计算药学中BA-SIC语言编制计算程序?结果:CPA法的氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的平均回收率和RSD分别为99.83%,0.12%,99.87%,0.14%;WML法的氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的平均回收率和RSD分别为98.67%,0.34%;100.05%,0.31%(n=5)?结论:两种方法同时测定两组分的含量,方法简便易行、快速,测定结果可相互校验对比?

Abstract

OBJECTIVE :To estabolish an assay for the determination of chlorzoxazoni and paracetamol in Co-chlorzoxazoni tablet. METHOD: CPA-Matrix and Multi-Wavelength Linear regression method were used at the same time.The calculatiue compater program was edited by BASIC.RESULTS: The average recovery and RSD of chlorzoxazoni and paracetamol were 99.83%and 0.12%,99.87% and 0.14% for CPA-Matrix mothod,were 98.67% and 0.34%,100.05% and 0.31% (n=5) for Multi-Wavelength Linear regression method. CONCLUSION: These methods are simple,rapid and satisfied.
