Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the protective effects of Fuganneng (FGN) on experimental hepatic injury in mice, and evaluate its effects of rejected jaundice and reduced enzyme.METHDOS The model of hepatic injury was induced by CCl4 and ANIT.The biochemical indexes were determined and the histopathological changes were observed.RESULTS FGN 0.165 and 0.0825 gkg-1 significantly inhibited the rising of serum alanine transaminase (ALT) and the serum bilirubin (SB) induced by CCl4 and ANIT respectively.(P0.01).FGN 0.4125 gkg-1had no effects on the biochemical indexes mentioned above.CONCLUSION FGN had significant protective effects on experimental hepatic injury in mice.
