Abstract��
OBJECTIVE To investigate the preparation of low molecular weight heparin sustained release microcapsule��L-M��.METHODS L-M was prepared through intra-liquid desiccation and the preparing technology of L-M was studied with the orthogonal design��the conformation and size distribution were analysed with microscope,the sustained release behavior was determined in vitro.RESULTS L-M had a globular conformation of 100 and 800 ��m with drug content of 56.3%.The accumulated release ratio at 8 h was 86.6%.CONCLUSIONS The sustained release behavior of L-M was remarkable and L-M would have a good exploitation and application.
