目的：用薄层色谱法分离鉴别速效伤风胶囊中4种主要成分。方法：吸附剂为硅胶GF₂₅₄，展开剂为乙腈-甲醇－氯仿（1∶1∶8）。结果：Rf值分别为0.78（对乙酰氨基酚），0.88（咖啡因），0.24（马来酸氯苯那敏），0.13（人工牛黄）。结论：4种成分可以完全分离。

OBJECTIVE To identify and isolate of four main continuents in Suxiao Shangfeng Jiaonang by TLC.METHODS TLC was used with SilicaGel GF₂₅₄plate and developing solution of acetonitrile-methanol-chlorotorm(1∶1∶8).RESULTS The Rf values were 0.74(paracetamol),0.88(caffeine),0.24(chlorphenamine ma-leate) and 0.13(calculus bovis).CONCLUSIONS Four continuents are completetly separateled.
