摘要

目的 优化阿昔洛韦白蛋白微球的制备工艺,并对其形态学性质、载药量、体外释药进行考察。方法 用乳化热固化法制备微球,用动态透析法进行体外释药。结果 微球平均粒径为(0.94±0.15)μm,载药量为(16.07±1.04)%,体外释药方程1-Q=0.815 e-0.66402t+0.1625e-0.01657tt1/2α=1.044 h,t1/2β=41.82 h。结论 微球外观圆整、均匀,体外释药符合长效制剂的特征。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the preparation of aciclovir-loaded albumin microspheres (ACV-BSA-MS) and evaluate its morphology,drug loading and release in vitro. METHODS The ACV-BSA-MS was prepared by emulsion-heat stabilization techniques. RESULTS The mean diameter of ACV-BSA-MS prepared under optimum conditions was (0.94±0.15) μm.The drug loading was (16.07±1.04)%.The in vitro release equation was 1-Q=0.8151e-0.66402t+0.1625e-0.01657t,t1/2α=1.044 h,t1/2β=41.82 h. CONCLUSION The ACV-BSA-MS prepared under optimum conditions had regular morphology with a high drug loading and in vitro release properties confirmed to that of long-acting preparations.
