本研究采用拉丁方设计方法，对比研究复方血立停和血立停的止血作用。结呆发现复方血立伶对家兔颈动脉、股动脉和家犬股动脉切口出血的止血率分别为96%，95%和85%，显著优于血立停(52%，48%和53%)和白及粉(40%，36%和28%)。经x²法、Fisher确切概率法和方差分析，差异显著(P<0.01)。

We studied the hemostatic action of complex Xueliting（Ulmus punzila L. glue pow-der,berberine,Abelmoschus manihot（L.）Medic,Juncas effusds L.）and compared Xueliting（Ulmus pumila L.-bark powder,Ulmus pumila L. glue powder and microcrystal fibre）with lat-ing -square. We found that complex Xueliting had a significant hemostatic action. The complexXueliting had a hemostatic rate of 96%～95%at 2 min and 1 min,which was much better thanthat of Xueliting（52%～48%）and Bletilla striata powder（40%～36%）on the incisions of thecommon carid artery and femoral artery in rabbit. The complex Xueliting had a hemostatic rate of85%at 3 min,which was much better than that of Xueliting（53%）and Bletilla striata powder（28%）on the incisions of the femoral artery in dog。These results showed that complex Xuelitingis a promising hemostat because of high hemostatic rate,quick effect and firm blood coagla.
