摘要
目的对藏药镰形棘豆的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶柱色谱法和半制备HPLC对镰形棘豆提取物的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取部分的化学成分进行分离和纯化,并通过NMR对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从中分离得到了6个化合物,经鉴定分别为2′-甲氧基-4′-羟基查尔酮(Ⅰ)、ψ-赝靛素(Ⅱ)、芒柄花素(Ⅲ)、4,2′-二羟基-4′-甲氧基查尔酮(Ⅳ)、7-羟基黄酮(Ⅴ)和邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅱ~Ⅵ均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ和Ⅵ为首次从棘豆属中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the constituents in the Oxytropis falcata.METHODS Silica gel column chromatographic method and semi-prepared HPLC were used to separate constituents from CHCl3 and EtOAc extract of Oxytropis falcata.Subsequently,the structures were elucidated by NMR spectral data.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and elucidated as 2′-methoxy-4′-hydroxy chalcone(Ⅰ),ψ-baptigenin(Ⅱ),formononetin(Ⅲ),4,2′-dihydroxy-4′-methoxy chalcone(Ⅳ),7-hydroxy flavone(Ⅴ) and diisobutyl phthalate(Ⅵ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅱ-Ⅵ were isolated from Oxytropis falcata for the first time,and compound Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅵ were isolated from Oxytropis genus for the first time.
