摘要

目的 建立羽叶鬼灯檠药材和西南鬼灯檠药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为两种药材的质量控制提供新手段。方法 采用HPLC,分别建立主产于云南、贵州两地的羽叶鬼灯檠和西南鬼灯檠的指纹图谱共有模式,并对两图谱进行比较研究。结果 与所建立的两个参照图谱相比,羽叶鬼灯檠样品和西南鬼灯檠样品(各10批)的相似度均大于0.95。与羽叶鬼灯檠指纹图谱共有模式相比,各批西南鬼灯檠样品的相似度均小于0.85。在羽叶鬼灯檠的图谱中观察到3个专有特征峰。结论 建立的两种HPLC指纹图谱共有模式可用于两种鬼灯檠的种属鉴别、内在质量的综合评价。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl and Rodgersia sambucifolia Hemsl for providing a new means of their quality control. METHODS HPLC method was used to establish mutual pattern of HPLC fingerprints of Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl and Rodgersia sambucifolia Hemsl from Yunnan and Guizhou respectively, and the two patterns were compared. RESULTS The similarity of 10 batches of Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl and Rodgersia sambucifolia Hemsl were greater than 0.95 compared with each mutual pattern of HPLC fingerprint respectively. However, the similarity of the mutual pattern of HPLC fingerprint between Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl and Rodgersia sambucifolia Hemsl was less than 0.85. Three specific peaks were observed in HPLC fingerprint of Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl. CONCLUSION The mutual pattern of HPLC fingerprints established herein can be used for species identification and comprehensive evaluation of the instinct quality.
