目的 研究奥美拉唑对多潘立酮在大鼠体内药动学的影响。方法 10只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成2组（分别为单独和联合给药组，用LC-MS/MS测定血浆中多潘立酮的浓度。结果 单独用药与联合用药组t_max分别为（0.80±0.11， （1.20±0.45 h， ρ_max分别为（103.0±26.6，（72.6±9.23 μg·L-1，均具有显著性差异(P<0.05，其他药动学参数无显著性差异(P>0.05。结论 联合用药后奥美拉唑延缓了多潘立酮的吸收速度。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of omeprazole on the pharmacokinetics of domperidone in rats. METHODS Ten healthy male Wistar rats were divided into 2 groups and received i.g. administration of domperidone alone or combination of omeprazole and domperidone， respectively. The plasma concentration of domperidone was determined by LC-MS/MS. RESULTS The pharmacokinetic parameters of domperidone in healthy rats after i.g. administration of domperidone alone and combination of omeprazole and domperidone were as follows： t_max （0.80±0.11 and （1.20±0.45 h， ρ_max （103.0±26.6 and （72.6±9.23 μg·L-1(P<0.05. There was no significant difference for the other pharmacokinetics parameters between the 2 groups(P>0.05. CONCLUSION The absorption of domperidone was delayed and decreased when coadministered with omeprazole.
