摘要

目的 制备并评价芦丁-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物。方法 本实验采用冷冻干燥法制备芦丁- 羟丙基 -β- 环糊精包合物,通过L9(3)4正交设计优选投料比、包合时间、包合温度,通过考察包合物的溶解度、相溶解度验证包合物的形成,使用X射线衍射法对包合物进行鉴定。结果 正交设计筛选出的最佳条件为投料比1∶4,包合时间2 h,包合温度为45 ℃。以该法制备的芦丁-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物溶解度得到显著提高,达到9.61 mg·mL-1。结论 本实验采用的包合方法及材料可以显著改善芦丁的溶解性能。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To prepare and characterize the rutin-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes. METHODS Rutin-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes were prepared by the lyopyilization. The reaction conditions like materials ratio, reaction time and temperature were selected by L9(3)4 orthogonal experiment. According to the RESULTS of solubility and phase solubility test and X-Ray diffraction pattern, the success of inclusion between rutin and HP-β-CD were identified. RESULTS The best ratio of Rutin and HP-β-CD was 1∶4, the temperature was 45 ℃, and the reaction time was 2 h. The solubility of inclusion complexes prepared under the conditions was about 9.61 mg·mL-1, which increased obviously than pure rutin. CONCLUSION The preparation of rutin-HP-β-CD inclusion complexes could increase the solubility obviously.
