摘要

目的 对百合科菝葜属植物黑刺菝葜(Smilax scobinicaulis C.H. Wright)根脂溶性化学成分进行了研究。方法 采用硅胶、反相硅胶(RP-18)、半制备HPLC色谱法,葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)等多种分离方法,利用理化性质和现代波谱技术确定了化合物的结构。结果 从黑刺菝葜根乙醇提物的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到13个化合物,通过核磁共振数据将其结构鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1),拉克索皂苷元(2),clemaphenol A(3),2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸甲酯(4),乌苏酸(5),布卢门醇A (6),对羟基桂皮酸甘油酯(7),1-O-阿魏酰甘油酯(8),槲皮素(9),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10),反式白藜芦醇(11),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12),胡萝卜苷(13)。结论 其中化合物3~8、10~12为首次从黑刺菝葜中分离得到。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the fat-soluble constituents in the root of Smilax scobinicaulis. METHODS Various isolation and identification techniques such as silica gel,RP-18,polydextran gel(Sephadex LH-20),semi-preparation HPLC were used. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical properties. RESULTS Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the alcohol extract of Smilax scobinicaulis C.H. Wright root,and identified as: β-sitosterol(1),25R-3β-hydroxy-5α-spirostan-6-one(2), clemaphenolA(3), 2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoate(4), ursolic acid(5), blumenol A(6),1-O-p-coumaroylglycerol(7),1-O-feruloylglycerol(8), quercetin(9), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(10), trans-resveratrol(11),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucpside(12),daucosterolon(13)the basis of NMR data and comparison with literatures. CONCLUSION Compounds 3-8 and 10-12 are for the first time isolated from Smilax scobinicaulis C.H. Wright.
