摘要
目的 研究大叶鼠尾草中的化学成分。方法 利用正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱技术对其乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据它们的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果 得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为丹参酮I (tanshinone I,1),丹参酮ⅡA(tanshinoneⅡA,2),丹参内酯(tanshinlactone,3),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,4),隐丹参酮(cryptotanshinone,5),chrysene (6),methyl rosmarinate (7),ethyl rosmarinate (8),norsalvioxide (9),1,2-二氢丹参醌(1,2-dihydrotanshinone-I,10),丹参酮ⅡA酐(anhydride of tanshinone-ⅡA,11)。结论 化合物6~8为该属植物首次分离,其他化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Salvia grandifolia.METHODS The compounds were isolated by silica gel,sephadex LH-20 and RP-C18 column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as:tanshinone I (1),tanshinoneⅡA(2),tanshinlactone (3),β-sitosterol (4),cryptotanshinone (5),chrysene (6),methyl rosmarinate (7),ethyl rosmarinate (8),norsalvioxide (9),1,2-dihydrotanshinone-I (10),anhydride of tanshinone-ⅡA(11). CONCLUSION Compound 6-8 were isolated from the genus ofSalvia for the first time,and the other compounds were for the first time isolated from this plant.
