摘要

目的 研究ARCHITECT与TDx两种方法测定环孢素A(CsA)血药浓度结果相关性。方法 利用ARCHITECT和TDx两种方法同时测定CsA血药浓度,以TDx测定值为X,ARCHITECT测定值为Y,进行线性回归,评价其相关性。结果 ARCHITECT测定值均比TDx低,ρTDx/ρARCHITECT为(1.29±0.22),两种方法的线性相关性较好,回归方程为Y=-26.26+0.993 9X(n=65,r=0.966 5)结论 ARCHITECT测定CsA血药浓度结果较TDx偏低,两种方法相关性好,可以进行方法间切换。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the correlation between the whole blood cyclosporine A (CsA)concentrations by ARCHITECT and TDx monoclonal assay. METHODS A total of 65 samples from renal allograft recipients were determined by ARCHITECT and TDx monoclonal analyzer simultaneously. Regression analyses were performed (ARCHITECT RESULTS as dependant, TDx as independant variable) for the evaluation of correlation. RESULTS ARCHITECT RESULTS were all lower than those from TDx. ρTDx/ρARCHITECT was (1.29±0.22). There existed good correlation with least-squares equation Y=-26.26+0.993 9X(n=65,r=0.966 5). CONCLUSION There is good correlation between ARCHITECT and TDx assay RESULTS. ARCHITECT has achieved a definite improvement in specificity for the parent drug compared with TDx. It can be used for routine monitoring of CsA.
