摘要
目的 测定愈创木酚磺酸钾中异构体的含量。方法 采用NMR法测定愈创木酚磺酸钾异构体结构中5-H的积分面积,按相对定量模式计算异构体的含量,并与HPLC加校正因子计算测定结果进行比较。结果 采用NMR法测定3批愈创木酚磺酸钾中3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯磺酸钾和4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯磺酸钾的含量,与HPLC测定结果基本一致。结论 NMR法测定结果准确,方法简单快速。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of potassium guaiacolsulfonate isomer. METHODS The content of 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzenesulfonic acid monopotassium and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzenesulfonate monopotassium in potassium guaiacolsulfonate were determined by NMR. The quantitative analysis results were compared with those obtained by HPLC-method correct factor. RESULTS The contents of 3-hydroxy-4- methoxybenzenesulfonic acid monopotassium and 4-hydroxy-3- methoxybenzenesulfonic acid monopotassium in three batches of samples determined by NMR were identical with the results by HPLC. CONCLUSION The NMR method is fast, simple and accurate.
