摘要

目的 明确管花肉苁蓉寄生过程和环境条件,建立寄生实验体系。方法 用塑料盒-沙土-玻璃板装置,培养柽柳和管花肉苁蓉,统计发芽率和接种率。结果 黑暗、相对湿度100%,温度为20~30 ℃条件下,管花肉苁蓉接种率为63%;种子萌发后,接种上管花肉苁蓉的时间为7~12 d。结论 黑暗、相对湿度100%、温度为20~30 ℃是管花肉苁蓉寄生的适宜环境条件。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To clarify the process and environmental condition of Cistanche tubulosa parasism thus to estabalish a experimental system. METHODS The seeds and its host, Tamarix chinensis lour, were cultured in a new set-up made of plastic box. The germination percentage of seed and parasitism percentage of Cistanche tubulosa were examined. RESULTS Under dark condition with relative humidity of 100% and temperature between 20-30 ℃, the Cistanche tubulosa parasite percentage was 63% and its parasitism duration was 7-12 d. CONCLUSION Cistanche tubulosa parasitism needs dark, relative humidity at 100% and temperature between 20-30 ℃.
