摘要
目的 对肉苁蓉研究及产业发展现状进行综述和分析，明确存在的问题，为今后发展提出思路。方法 系统查阅近30年肉苁蓉相关研究文献，结合课题组长期研究经验和当前肉苁蓉产业发展状况，系统分析肉苁蓉研究和产业发展存在的问题，提出肉苁蓉深层次研究和产业发展的思路。结果 系统总结了近30年来中药肉苁蓉的研究与开发现状，包括肉苁蓉属植物的种类、野生资源、化学成分、药理作用、质量分析、开发利用、栽培及其推广等；提出了肉苁蓉研究和生态产业发展存在的问题和今后的发展思路，并对肉苁蓉生态产业的发展进行展望。结论 肉苁蓉具有广泛的药用和保健价值，栽培肉苁蓉及其寄主植物既能保护野生资源、满足中医临床用药和确保中药产业可持续发展，同时也能治理沙漠、改善生态环境，因此，肉苁蓉生态产业的发展具有巨大的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益。
