摘要
目的 研究短瓣金莲花水溶性部位的化学成分。 方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱、中压及高压半制备色谱等手段分离,并运用现代光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果 从短瓣金莲花水部分分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为: 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-2-hydroxyethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ ,2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-ethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ,3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ,菊苣苷 (cichoriin,Ⅳ。 结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均为首次从本属植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ为新的天然产物。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Trollius ledebouri Reichb. METHODS The constituents of Trollius ledebouri were isolated and purified by means of various chromatography techniques,and their structures were identified by modern spectral measures. RESULTS Four components were isolated from the Trollius ledebouri Reichb,and identified as 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-2-hydroxyethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl-ethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and cichoriin,respectively. CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from Trollius for the first time,of which compound Ⅰ is a new natural product.
