目的 探讨北京地区肠内营养患者的用药情况和趋势，并对肠内营养药物进行分析。方法 采用《医院处方分析》课题中北京地区22家医院2005~2008年门诊和住院患者肠内营养用药的处方数据，以限定日剂量（DDD、用药人次（DDDs、零售金额（万元、日用药金额（元为统计指标，对应用情况进行初步统计和分析。结果 2005~2008 年北京地区肠内用药销售金额和用药频度呈逐年上升趋势，22家医院中应用过肠内营养用药的科室有65个。结论 2005~2007年为肠内营养用药快速增长期，2008年肠内营养用药进入平稳发展期。
