目的 观察当归补血汤能否通过降低尿酸而改善大鼠心肌细胞功能。方法 将50只大鼠随机分成对照组、模型组、治疗组（低、中、高）剂量，模型组给予高尿酸饮食，对照组给予普通饮食，治疗组给予高尿酸饮食的同时给予当归补血汤治疗（低、中、高）3个治疗剂量；14 d后分别测定各组大鼠心肌组织中一氧化氮（NO）、一氧化氮合酶（NOS）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和丙二醛（MDA）含量，同时测定血清中尿酸含量、治疗组与模型组比较，观察各项指标有无统计学意义。结果 ①与对照组相比：高尿酸血症组大鼠心肌组织产生的NO、NOS、和SOD均减少，MDA升高，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。②治疗组与模型组相比较：给予当归补血汤治疗后血清尿酸水平降低，同时心肌组织的NO、NOS和SOD含量升高，MDA降低，其中中剂量组与模型组相比有显著的统计学意义（P<0.05），低剂量和高剂量组与模型组相比无统计学意义。 结论 当归补血汤可以通过降低尿酸而改善高尿酸血症大鼠心肌功能。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Danggui Buxue Tang on heart muscle function by decreasing the serum uric acid. METHODS Fifty rats were divided into model group, control group and treated group(low, middle and hige dose). The rats in model group were given hyperuricemic food. The rats in control group were given normal food. The rats in treatment group were given Danggui Buxue Tang. After fourteen days, the contents of NO, NOS, SOD and MDA in heart muscle tiusse were dertermined. The urice acid level in serum was dertermined.RESULTS In rats with hyperuricemia, the contents of NO, NOS and SOD level in heart muscle tiusse were lower than those in control group, the MDA level in model group was higher than those in control group. After treatment by Danggui Buxue Tang, the levels of NO, NOS and SOD in heart muscle of treated group were increased compared with model group. MDA levels were decreasd. The data from middle dose group showed statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Danggui Buxue Tang can increase the heart muscle function by decreasing the serum uric acid.
