摘要

目的 研究广西野生金线莲内生真菌的抗菌活性,旨在获得有良好抗菌活性的菌株,以寻找新型抗菌物质。方法 以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌为实验菌株,用琼脂块法和纸片扩散法对分离的真菌进行了抑菌实验。结果 从广西野生金线莲植物中共分离到23株内生真菌,其中有6株真菌对至少1种实验菌株有抗菌活性,占总分离菌株的26.0%。结论 广西野生金线莲内生真菌中存在着丰富的抗菌天然活性物质,这可为寻找新型抗菌物质提供资源。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To isolate and investigate the endophytic fungi from medicinal plant Anoectochiusr roxburghii (wall.) lindl. METHODS Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans were selected as the indicators for human pathogenic microbes. Antimicrobial tests of the isolated endophytic fungi were carried out by agar block and disc diffusion. RESULTS Among 23 strains of endophytic fungi isolated from A. roxburghii, six strains (26.0% of the total strains isolated) showed the antimicrobial activity against one or more of three human pathogenic microbes. CONCLUSION Diverse antimicrobial natural products are existed in endophytic fungi from A. roxburghii, which can be the resources for new antimicrobial products.
