国内外造影剂的最新研究进展

摘要

目的 笔者将近几年造影剂的发展及研究现状作综述,总结了造影剂的发展趋势,希望有助于从事造影剂的研究者进一步将造影剂用于临床。方法 总结目前国内外造影剂的发展特别是已经得到FDA 批准的各类型造影剂。结果 国内外几种重要的造影剂:磁共振成像造影剂,光学成像造影剂和超声波成像造影剂。发展趋势:双功能甚至多功能,不仅有诊断作用且有治疗效用,特别是对难于发现的疾病及肿瘤等疾病的作用发挥巨大作用。结论 3种主要造影剂已经取得重大进展,将更加广泛应用于临床诊断。
