摘要

目的 探讨葡萄籽多酚性成分对小鼠的抗氧化性。方法 小鼠每日颈背皮下注射D-半乳糖溶液(40 mg·kg-1,过滤灭菌),建立衰老模型;治疗组在注射D-半乳糖的同时以葡萄籽多酚性提取物组不同剂量(10、20、40 mg·kg-1,qd)灌胃;空白组与模型组则以生理盐水代之。结果 葡萄籽多酚性成分能降低血清、脑及肝内丙二醛(MDA)的水平,同时一定程度上能提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧物酶(GSH-PX)的活力。结论 葡萄籽多酚性成分具有一定程度的抗氧化作用。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the antioxidant effects of polyphenols constituents of grape seed in Mice. METHODS Subacute intoxication induced aging Kunming mice model injected subcutaneously with 40 mg·kg-1·d-1 D-gal were divided into model control group and high,middle,low dosage of polyphenols constituents of grape seed (40,20,10 mg·kg-1·d-1),while the blank and model group were treated with normal Saline. RESULTS Polyphenols constituents of grape seed improved the activities of SOD and GSH-PX, and obviously increased the levels of MDA in the blood, liver and brain of rats. CONCLUSION Polyphenols constituents of grape seed have the antioxidant efficiency.
