摘要
目的 研究香附的化学成分。方法 利用色谱技术进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从该植物乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分分离得到9个黄酮类化合物,其中包括4个单黄酮和5个双黄酮,分别鉴定为:山柰酚 (kaempferol,1),木犀草素 (luteolin,2),槲皮素 (quercetin,3),西黄松黄酮(pinoquercetin,4),穗花杉双黄酮 (amentoflavone,5),去甲基银杏双黄酮(bilobetin,6),银杏双黄酮 (ginkgetin,7),异银杏双黄酮 (isoginkgetin,8),金松双黄酮 (sciadopitysin,9)。 结论 化合物4~9为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents of the rhizomes of Cyperus rotundus L.. METHODS Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were established on the basis of their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Nine flavonoids were isolated from the rhizomes of Cyperus rotundus L., compound 1-4 were flavones and compound 5-9 were biflavones. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic evidence (NMR, MS) as kaempferol (1), luteolin (2), quercetin (3), pinoquercetin (4), amentoflavone (5), bilobetin (6), ginkgetin (7), isoginkgetin (8) and sciadopitysin (9) . CONCLUSION Compound 4-9 were isolated from the genus Cyperus for the first time.
