摘要

目的 观察石榴皮鞣质对腺嘌呤性慢性肾功能衰竭( CRF )大鼠的影响。 方法 用 250 mg·kg-1 腺嘌呤溶液连续灌胃 21 d 使 Wistar 大鼠产生类似慢性肾衰的症状。 21 d 后,治疗组大鼠每天用石榴皮鞣质( 40 , 20 , 10 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 )灌胃,阳性组用 20% 尿毒清混悬液按 2.1 g ·kg -1 ·d -1 灌胃。 60 d 后收集尿液,处死大鼠,取血、留取肾组织,测定血 Ca 2+ 、 P 3+ 及血肌酐( Scr )、尿素氮( BUN )、血脂和 24 h 尿蛋白定量、尿 Ca 2+ 、 P 3+ ,进行统计学处理,并进行形态学观察。 结果 石榴皮鞣质对慢性肾衰竭大鼠的血 Ca 2+ 、 P 3+ 及 Scr 、 BUN 和 24 h 尿蛋白定量、尿 Ca 2+ 、 P 3+ 有不同程度的改善。 结论 石榴皮鞣质对腺嘌呤导致的大鼠慢性肾衰竭有一定的保护作用。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of tannin in Punica granatum L. on chronic renal failure (CRF) in rats induced by adenine. METHODS The Wistar rats were administered intragastrically with adenine (200 mg·kg-1) for 21 d to induce the symptoms similar to chronic renal failure. Then,the rats were administered intragastrically with tannin (40, 20 and 10 mg·kg-1·d-1)and niaoduqing (2.1 g·kg-1·d-1). The urine blood and renal tissue were collected after 60 d. The levels of creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), calcium ion (Ca2+), phosphorus ion (P3+), blood lipids and urine protein of 24 h were determined and analyzed. Meanwhile morphology was observed. RESULTS Serum levels of Scr, BUN and P3+ were decreased but Ca2+ level was increased by tannin in Punica granatum L. CONCLUSION Tannin in Punica granatum L can improve the renal function injuried by metabolic products in adenine-modeled CRF rats.
