摘要

目的 测定磷酸川芎嗪的血浆蛋白结合率。 方法 采用微透析法测定磷酸川芎嗪的血浆蛋白结合率,用反透析法进行探针回收率校正。血浆蛋白结合率用 f =(<>ρ0 - <> ρ f )/<>ρ0 计算。 结果 磷酸川芎嗪与牛血清白蛋白、人血清白蛋白和人血浆、大鼠血浆的蛋白结合率分别为( 79.51±1.66 ) % 、( 68.34±1.43 ) % 、( 56.17±1.44 ) % 和( 70.97±2.19 ) % 。 结论 磷酸川芎嗪与血浆蛋白具有中等强度的结合,采用微透析进行血浆蛋白结合率研究可行。
