摘要
目的研制虾青素自乳化软胶囊,并对其质量进行评价。方法通过溶解度实验、乳化速度和伪三相图,对虾青素自乳化释药系统中的表面活性剂和助表面活性剂进行筛选,寻找最佳处方。结果优选出虾青素自乳化释药系统处方为橄榄油(60%)、聚山梨酯85(35%)、无水乙醇(5%)。虾青素自乳化释药系统的乳化粒径均小于2μm,自乳化时间在1min以内,人工胃液中2h的累积溶出百分率为70.44%,是虾青素橄榄油混悬液(1.92%)的37倍。结论成功研制了虾青素自乳化软胶囊,并显著的提高了药物的释药速度及程度。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To prepare the astaxanthin self-emulsifying drug delivery soft capsules and evaluate its quality.METHODS To screen and optimize the surfactant and co-surfactant,solubility experiments,speed of formulating emulsion and pseudo-ternary phase diagram were used.RESULTS The optimum self-emulsifying drug delivery system was composed of olive oil(60%),Tween 85(35%),absolute alcohol(5%).The particle diameters were less than 2 μm,the time of self-emulsifying was less than 1 min and the percent of accumulated dissolution of astaxanthin in self-emulsifying drug delivery soft capsules in simulated gastric fluid was up to 70.44% at 2 h,which was 37 times as much as astaxanthin-olive oil suspention(1.92%).CONCLUSION The astaxanthin self-emulsifying drug delivery capsules has been successfully prepared,and the dissolution of astaxanthin in simulated gastric fluid was remarkably improved.
