目的研究正丁胺基罗沙替丁乙酸酯(BRA)对动物实验性胃溃疡的影响。方法应用大鼠醋酸烧灼法、幽门结扎法和小鼠水浸应激法制备胃溃疡模型,测定大鼠溃疡指数、溃疡抑制率、胃液分泌量,急性毒性实验测半数致死量。结果BRA组溃疡指数、胃液、胃酸分泌量明显降低,减少胃蛋白酶活性。LD₅₀=663.64mg·kg^-1。结论BRA对实验性胃溃疡有促进溃疡愈合,保护胃黏膜的作用。

OBJECTIVE To study the effects of butylamine roxatidine acetas(BRA) on experimental gastric ulcer in mice. METHODS The ulcer index,inhibition rate and gastric secretion of rat stomach induced by stimulus,pyloric ligation and acetic acid were determined in gastric ulcer model,respectively.The inhibition effect and its anti-ulcer effect were observed.The content of gastric juice,gastric acidity and pepsin secretion in gastric ulcer model were monitored.RESULTS The ulcer index and gastric secretion in BRA group were obviously decreased while the inhibition rate of ulcer were also obviously increased.Additionally,the gastric juice volume,gastric acid and pepsin secretion in BRA group was significantly decreased.CONCLUSION BRA improved ulcer healing and gastric mucosa protection in experimental ulcer model.
