摘要

目的优选芎汤醇提的最佳工艺条件。方法采用高效液相色谱指纹图谱技术,以阿魏酸含量、高效液相色谱指纹图谱特征峰总面积以及干浸膏得率为综合评判指标,通过L9(3)4正交实验设计,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、回流时间和回流次数等因素对提取工艺的影响。结果醇提最佳工艺条件为加12倍量体积分数70%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5h。结论该醇提工艺合理可行,优于传统提取方法。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To optimize the ethanol extraction process and condition of Xiongqiong decoction.METHODS Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) fingerprint technology,the effects of ethanol concentration,ethanol amount,extraction time and the number of extraction times on the yield of extract were evaluated by orthogonal test design with multi-index of the content of ferulic acid,the total area of characteristic peaks of HPLC and the yield of powdered extract.RESULTS The optimum condition of the ethanol extraction was obtained.The raw material amount was extracted with 12 volumes of 70% ethanol three times for 1.5 h per extraction process.CONCLUSION The optimized extraction method was more effective than the traditional extraction method and can be used for the extraction process of Xiongqiong decoction.
