RNA干扰抗人免疫缺陷病毒感染的作用靶点

摘要

目的综述了近年来RNA干扰技术在抗人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染中的作用靶点。方法以近几年具有代表性的文献为依据,进行分析、归纳和整理。结果与结论目前RNA干扰技术已广泛应用于HIV复制周期中的多个环节。RNAi不但可以靶向HIV基因组,而且可以通过降低多个与HIV复制密切相关且宿主非必需性的细胞因子的表达达到抑制HIV的目的。RNAi在抗HIV领域的广泛应用,必将成为解决病毒耐药性的问题、进而攻克艾滋病的有力武器。
