摘要
目的建立治疗哮喘中药中可能非法添加化学药物成分氨茶碱的HPCE检测方法。方法以100mmol·L-1磷酸盐缓冲液(磷酸调节pH7.0)为电泳介质,未涂层弹性石英毛细管(50μm×48cm,有效长度40cm)为分离通道,检测波长270nm,压力进样(5kPa×10s),内标法测定含量。结果2种治疗哮喘中药中检测到化学药物成分氨茶碱;氨茶碱在10~250mg·L-1内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),样品加样回收率为98.05%,RSD为1.32%。结论方法简便快捷,准确可靠,可作为治疗哮喘中药中非法掺入化学药物成分氨茶碱的有效检验方法。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPCE method for the determination of aminophylline illegally adulterated into traditional Chinese anti-asthma medicines.METHODS The running buffer was 100 mmol·L-1phosphate buffer solution(pH was adjusted to 7.0 with phosphoric acid).The separation was performed on a fused-silica capillary(50 μm×48 cm,40 cm of effective length).The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and(5 kPa×10 s) pressure injection was used.Internal calibration method was used for the quantitative analysis.RESULTS Aminophylline was found in 2 samples of traditional Chinese anti-asthma medicines.The linear calibration for Aminophylline was obtained in the range of 10~250 mg·L-1(r=0.999 6),and the average recovery was 98.05% with RSD of 1.32%.CONCLUSION The method was proved to be selective,accurate and suitable for the detection of aminophylline illegally adulterated into traditional Chinese anti-asthma medicines.
