摘要

目的考察麻杏石甘汤中不同组方配伍对甘草酸含量的影响。方法采用混料均匀设计法,固定麻杏石甘汤中的甘草量,将其他药材(麻黄、杏仁、石膏)作为可变因素,以甘草酸的测定量作为考察指标,对试验数据进行逐步回归分析处理。结果回归方程Y=5.63460420+3.819566922X1+1.4934846537X3,r=0.83193,P=0.0292,处方中甘草酸含量的影响因素主要为麻黄。结论甘草酸的溶出率与麻黄在整个处方中的用量成正相关。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To inspect the effect of different composition in Maxingshigan Decoction on the contents of glycyrrhizic acid.METHODS Using the method of mixture-even-design-law,the licorice quantity was fixed in Maxingshigan Tang,the other raw materials(Herba Ephedrae,Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Gypsum Fibrosum)was taken as the in variable factor.The glycyrrhizic acid was measured and regression analysis was processed.RESULTS The regression equations were Y=5.634 604 20+3.819 566 922X1+1.493 484 653 7X3(r=0.831 93,P=0.029 2).Ephedra sinica was the main influent factor of the contents of glycyrrhizic acid in different compositions.CONCLUSION The dissolving rate of glycyrrhizic acid is proportional positively to the quantity of ephedrine.
