摘要
目的研究两面针[Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb·)DC]的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱和反复凝胶柱色谱分离纯化,经理化常数测定,结合MS,IR,UV,1H-NMR、13C-NMR等现代波谱学技术及X-单晶衍射分析确定了其结构。结果通过分离鉴定,从两面针根部的乙醇提取物中得到了14个生物碱(Ⅰ～ⅩⅣ)和1个木脂素类(ⅩⅤ)化合物。结论化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅵ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ和ⅩⅣ为首次从该植物中分离得到,并通过单晶X-射线衍射实验确证了化合物Ⅱ的结构。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituent in the root of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC.METHODS Fifteen compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20.The chemical structures of the compounds were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data,such as MS,IR,UV,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and X-ray crystallographic data.RESULTS Fourteen alkaloid compounds and a lignanoid were obtained from the ethanol extract of the root of the plant.CONCLUSION Compound Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅵ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ andⅩⅣ are reported from this plant for the first time,the stereochemistry of compoundⅡ was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic evidence.
