摘要
目的探讨低pH对苍术根组织激素水平变化与生长发育的影响。方法观测了不同处理条件下苍术无菌苗的根毛密度、全根干重和主根长度,并采用酶联免疫吸附法研究在pH 5.3条件下苍术无菌苗不同生长阶段根组织内源激素含量的变化。结果①低pH可以促进苍术根毛的生长,提高全根的干重,但抑制主根的生长;②低pH促进β-桉叶醇含量的提高;③低pH促进ABA和IAA含量的提高;④低pH对内源激素水平与根毛密度的相关性影响较大,且IAA参与了低pH对根毛密度的影响。结论低pH对苍术根的内源激素水平产生了一系列影响,IAA在低pH诱导苍术根的生长发育过程中发挥了重要的作用。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of low pH on endogenous hormones and root development.METHODS Root hair density,dry weight and main root length were measured and the contents of endogenous hormones in root of Atractylodes lancea at different growth stages were determined by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).RESULTS Low pH increased root hair density and dry weight,but mained root length.Low pH induced production of β-eudesmol.Low pH induced production of IAA and ABA.Low pH impacted the relationship of roots hair development with endogenous hormones.CONCLUSION Low pH impacts endogenous hormones in cultured roots of Atractylodes lancea,and IAA plays the important function in root development of Atractylodes lancea by low pH.
