摘要

目的采用高效液相色谱法研究并建立各产地菟丝子药材的指纹图谱。方法色谱柱Apollo C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为328和360 nm。结果15个产地菟丝子药材指纹图谱共检出18个共有峰,并对不同产地的药材进行了相似度比较。结论该方法重现性好,可为科学评价及有效控制菟丝子药材的质量提供依据。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the HPLC fingerprints and establish a sensitive and specific method for controlling the quality of Cuscuta chinensis Lam..METHODS The sample was separated on an Apollo C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.1% acetic acid by gradient elution.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1;wavelength were 328 and 360 nm.RESULTS There were 18 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprints of Cuscuta chinensis Lam.After calculating the similarity of the HPLC fingerprints of 15 habitats,the similarity of different habitats were compared.CONCLUSION The method shows good repeatability.It can be used as the means to assess and control the quality of Cuscuta chinensis Lam..
