摘要

目的对沙生蜡菊[Helichrysum arenarium(L.)Moench]全草中的黄酮类成分进行分离鉴定。方法通过大孔树脂、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20等方法分离提纯,利用UV,1H-NMR,13C-NMR等光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分离得到9个黄酮单体化合物,分别鉴定为:山柰酚(kaempferol,Ⅰ)、槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅱ)、芹菜素(apigenin,Ⅲ)、柚皮素(naringenin,Ⅳ)、木犀草素(luteolin,Ⅴ)、蒙花苷(linarin,Ⅵ)、柯伊利素(chrysoeriol,Ⅶ)、4′,5,7-三羟基-3′,6-二甲氧基黄酮(jaceosidin,Ⅷ),4′,3,5,7-四羟基-3′,6-二甲氧基黄酮(spinacetin,Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅵ~Ⅸ为首次从该属植物中分得。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To separate and identify the flavonoids from the whole plant of Helichrysum arenarium(L.)Moench.METHODS The column chromatography(including AB-8 macroporous resin,silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20) were used to separate constituents whose structures were elucidated by UV,1H-NMR,13C-NMR spectral data.RESULTS Nine compounds were elucidated as kaempferol(Ⅰ),quercetin(Ⅱ),apigenin(Ⅲ),naringenin(Ⅳ),luteolin(Ⅴ),linarin(Ⅵ),chrysoeriol(Ⅶ),jaceosidin(Ⅷ),spinacetin(Ⅸ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅵ~Ⅸ were isolated and identified form Helichrysum arenarium for the first time.
