摘要
目的对红花忍冬(Lonicera syringantha Maxim.)干燥地上部分进行化学成分研究。方法采用不同色谱技术进行分离,用波谱及化学的方法确定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了9个化合物:东莨菪素(scopoletin,Ⅰ),秦皮乙素(aeculetin,Ⅱ),东莨菪苷(scopolin,Ⅲ),丁香苷(syringin,Ⅳ),山柰素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside,Ⅴ),正二十九烷(nonacosane,Ⅵ),葡萄糖(glucose,Ⅶ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅷ),豆甾醇(stigmasterol,Ⅸ)。结论9个化合物均为首次从该种中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ系首次从该属植物中分得。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Lonicera syringantha.METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified with column chromatography and the structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as scopoletin (Ⅰ),aeculetin (Ⅱ),scopolin (Ⅲ),syringin(Ⅳ),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅴ),nonacosane (Ⅵ),glucose(Ⅶ),β-sitosterol (Ⅷ) and stigmasterol(Ⅸ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ are isolated from the genus Lonicera Linn for the first time and others are firstly isolated from this plant.
