OBJECTIVE To study the fingerprints of different Fructus cnidii samples by GC and GC-MS.METHODS The separation was performed on a DB-5(0.25 mm×30 m,0.25 μm) column with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The carrier gas was nitrocen gas.The contents were determined by FID.RESULTS 10 Common peaks were obtained in the GC fingerprints of Fructus cnidii volatile oil and they were identified by GC-MS.CONCLUSION The method has good repeatability.This GC fingerprint combined with the HPLC fingerprint of Fructus cnidii can be used to evaluate its quality integrally.
