摘要
目的研究吊石苣苔(Lysionotus pauciflorus)的化学成分。方法利用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,硅胶柱等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化。根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了5个化合物的结构:D-(+)-棉子糖(Ⅰ),阿魏酸(Ⅱ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ),3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙酮(Ⅳ),邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ-Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Lysionotus pauciflorus.METHODS The compounds were isolated by Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,silica gel column chromatography.Structures of these compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from the 70% acetone-extracts,and their structures were identified as D-(+)-raffinose(Ⅰ),ferulic acid(Ⅱ),β-sitosterol(Ⅲ),apocynin(Ⅳ),di-isobutyl phthalate(Ⅴ).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
