分子印迹给药系统研究进展

摘要

目的介绍分子印迹技术及分子印迹聚合物,综述分子印迹聚合物在各类给药系统中的应用。方法对近几年发表的相关论文进行全面地回顾和整理,阐述分子印迹聚合物在药物传递系统中的研究进展。结果随着分子印迹技术的进步,分子印迹聚合物已被用于设计多种新型药物传递系统,包括缓控释给药系统、药物载体、刺激敏感型给药系统、靶向给药系统以及捕获系统。结论尽管分子印迹聚合物在给药系统中的应用尚处于起步阶段,但用分子印迹聚合物设计的药物传递系统以其独特的优势正受到人们越来越多的关注,利用分子印迹聚合物将能制备出更独特、更智能的药物传递系统。
