摘要
目的比较羟基喜树碱(HCPT)氯化壳聚糖包衣纳米脂质体与HCPT注射液、HCPT脂质体、HCPT纳米脂质体在小鼠体内的抗肿瘤活性。方法采用动物移植性肿瘤的瘤重实验法,用小鼠艾氏腹水瘤癌细胞接种于小鼠右侧背部皮下形成实体瘤。以5mg·kg-1HCPT的剂量给药,考察不同制剂对实体瘤的瘤重抑制率及肿瘤坏死范围。结果HCPT包衣纳米脂质体给药组的瘤重抑制率及肿瘤坏死范围均显著高于其他几种制剂给药组(P<0.05)。结论同HCPT注射液、HCPT脂质体及HCPT纳米脂质体相比,HCPT包衣纳米脂质体的抗肿瘤活性有显著提高。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To compare the antitumor activity of chitosan chloride(CS-Cl)-coated hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) nanoliposomes,HCPT injection, HCPT liposomes and HCPT nanoliposomes. METHODS The model mice were obtained by subcutaneous injection of Ehrlich Ascites Cancer(EAC)into the right back. The antitumor efficency of the CS-coated HCPT nanoliposomes, HCPT injection, HCPT liposomes and HCPT nanoliposomes were evaluated. The dosage of HCPT was 5 mg·kg-1 by tail vein injection. The tumor weight inhibition and the putrescence scope were used as evaluating indices.RESULTS The two evaluating indices of the CS-Cl-coated HCPT nanoliposomes were both significantly higher than those of the other four groups(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The antitumor activity of CS Cl-coated HCPT nanoliposomes in vivo is higher than those of the other four HCPT preparations.
