摘要

目的研究中药射干[Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.])乙醇提取物中的化学成分。方法应用多种柱色谱方法进行分离和纯化,NMR和MS等波谱解析化学结构。结果从射干根茎的乙醇提取物中分离出5个化合物,分别鉴定为:异野鸢尾黄素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、鸢尾黄素(Ⅱ)、野鸢尾黄素(Ⅲ)i、rilin D(Ⅳ)和次野鸢尾黄素(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ,命名为异野鸢尾苷(isoiridin),为一新化合物,化合物Ⅳ为首次从本属分离得到。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical composition of Belamcanda chinensis(L.) DC.METHODS Many chromatographies were used in the isolation procedures,while the structures of isolated compounds were determined by NMR and MS spectral analysis.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract of its rhizome and characterized as isoirigenin 7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ),tectorigenin(Ⅱ),irigenin(Ⅲ),irilin D(Ⅳ) and irisflorentin(Ⅴ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ,named isoiridin,is a new compound and compound Ⅳ is obtained for the first time from the genus.
