液-质联用技术在中药与天然产物代谢研究中的应用

摘要

目的介绍近年来液-质联用技术(LC-MS)在中药与天然产物代谢研究中的应用状况。方法查阅国内外有关的文献资料。结果LC-MS在中药与天然产物在体内的痕量测定、确定代谢物结构与代谢途径、药动学研究等方面均显示了其技术的优越性。结论LC-MS在中药与天然产物代谢研究中的应用前景将更加广阔。
