摘要
目的建立胶囊和血样中环丙沙星的含量测定方法。方法在醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲液(pH6.0)中,铽(Tb3+))能与环丙沙星(ciprofloxacin)形成络合物,该络合物吸收紫外光后,能发射铽的特征荧光。λex/λem=325.0/545.0,狭缝均为5nm。结果线性范围1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6mol·L-1。回归方程为F=8.26×108c+18.5(r=0.9999)(c:mol·L-1);检出限为3.5μg·L-1。结论该法用于血清和胶囊中环丙沙星的含量测定,简单、快速、灵敏,结果令人满意。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for measuring the concentration of ciprofloxacin(CIP) in capsule and blood. METHODS In the NaAc-HAc buffer solution(pH 6.0), Tb3+- CIP chelate system was formed. The fluorescence emission of Th3+ was detected after the chelate compotmd absorbed ultraviolet light. The λex and λem were 325.0 nm and 545.0 nm, respectively, and the slit widthes was both of 5 nm. RESULTS Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of the determination was 1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6 mol·L-1, the regression equation was F=8.26×108c+18.5(r=0.9999)(c:mol·L-1), the detection limit was 3.5μg·L-1. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
