摘要

目的考察不同制备方法对大花红景天挥发性提取物化学成分的影响。方法分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法和乙醚回流提取法制备大花红景天根茎中的挥发性提取物,并通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,对其中的化学成分进行分析鉴定。结果从提取物中分离出61个峰,鉴定了其中的44个化合物,占色谱峰总面积的94.96%,主要成分为正辛醇(20.31%)、 牛儿醇(12.86%)、2-甲基-3-丁烯-2-醇(12.07%)等;从乙醚提取物中分离出23个峰,鉴定了其中的15个化合物,占色谱峰总面积的98.04%,其中主要成分为正辛醇(26.50%)、亚油酸(18.70%)、 牛儿醇(15.41%)和2,6-双(1,1)二甲基乙基苯酚(11.49%)等。结论不同提取方法对大花红景天挥发性提取物化学成分的影响非常大,应根据临床用药的要求选用适宜的制备方法。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of different preparation on the chemical component of volatile extract from Rhodiola crenula-ta. METHODS The volatile extract was prepared by steam distillation and solvent extraction, respectively. The extract obtained was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).RESULTS In the sample prepared by steam distillation, 61 peaks were separated and 44 compounds were identified, which represented 94.96% of the total GC peak areas. The main components were 1-octanol (20.31%), geraniol (12.86%), 2-methyl-3-buten-2-ol (12.07%),etc.In the sample prepared by solvent extraction, 23 peaks were separated and 15 compounds were identified, which represented 98.04% of the total GC peak areas. The main components included 1-octanol (26.50%), linoleic acid (18.70%), geraniol (15.41%), 2,6-bis (1,1-dimethylethyl)- phenol (11.49%), etc.CONCLUSION Different extraction exert a great influence on chemical components of essential oil. The appropriate extraction should be used according to clinic requirement.
