摘要

目的对白花蛇舌草的化学成分进行研究。方法采用聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20和硅胶等多种色谱柱进行分离;理化性质,光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定5个化合物:穗花衫双黄酮(Ⅰ),2-羟基-1-甲氧基蒽醌(Ⅱ),2.羟基-1,3-二甲氧基蒽醌(Ⅲ),香豆酸(Ⅳ)和E-6-O-香豆酰鸡屎藤苷甲酯(Ⅴ) 结论化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ为首次从该种植物中得到。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Oldenladia diffusa (Willd.) Roxb.. METHODS Polyamide column, Sephadcx LH-20 column and silica gel column et al, were used to separate and purify the chemical components. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physic-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as amentoflavone (Ⅰ), 2-hydroxy-l-tnethoxyanthraquinone (Ⅱ), 1, 3-dimethoxy-2-hydroxyanthraquinone ( Ⅲ ), p-coumaric acid ( Ⅳ ) and E-6-O-p-coumaroyl scandoside methyl-ester(Ⅴ) .CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
