摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法建立天麻药材甲醇提取液的指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用Dikmadiamonsil ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为270nm,以天麻苷元(对-羟基苯甲醇)为参照物。结果共有16个共有峰。结论方法准确、可靠,为有效地控制天麻药材的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprints analysis of the methanol extract of Rhizoma Gastrodiae by HPLC. METHODS Dikma diamonsil ODS C18(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid with gradient elution. The detective wavelength was 270 nm, and p-hydroxyl benzyl alcohol was used as reference compound. RESULTS Fingerprint consisted of 16 common peaks.CONCLUSION This method is accurate, reliable and provides a scientific basis for the quantity controlling of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.
